Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete an account used with Velohubs, 22Yards Dallas Cricket, and All Stars Cricket Arena (Google Play / App Store apps and matching websites).

Apps covered

• Velohubs (com.velohubs.app)
• 22Yards Dallas Cricket (com.velohubs.twenty2yards)
• All Stars Cricket Arena (com.velohubs.allstars)

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Customers: Profile → Account → Delete Account.
3. Owners / coaches / staff: More → Account settings → Delete account.
4. Type DELETE, enter your password, and confirm.

This permanently deletes the account via our servers (DELETE /api/auth/me).

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app required)

Email info@velohubs.com from the address on your account. Include:

• Full name
• Account email / phone
• Which app or venue (Velohubs, 22Yards, or All Stars)
• The words Please delete my account and associated personal data

Email deletion request

We verify ownership of the account, then delete personal account data. Some booking / payment records may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Delete some data without closing the account

Email info@velohubs.com to request correction or deletion of specific personal data while keeping the account open. We will confirm what can be removed under applicable law and our retention rules.
