Information we collect
We collect account details (name, email, phone), household and athlete profiles, booking and membership history, check-in codes, payment metadata, and (with permission) location used for nearby venues or Bluetooth payment readers. Card numbers are handled by Finix / Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
How we use & share information
We use data to operate sports venue bookings, memberships, academy programs, check-in, owner tools, support, fraud prevention, and compliance. We do not sell personal information. Sharing is limited to processors and partners needed to run the service.
Account deletion
Delete in-app via Profile / Account settings → Delete Account, or velohubs.com/delete-account, or email info@velohubs.com.
