This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the 22Yards Dallas Cricket app and related Velohubs web portals for this venue (lane booking, memberships, academy enrollment, QR check-in, owner/staff tools, and payments).

- Account details: name, email, phone, password (hashed), household / athlete profiles
- Booking and membership history, check-in codes, academy enrollment data
- Payment metadata and store credit balances (full card numbers are processed by Finix / Stripe — not stored on our servers)
- Approximate or precise location when you grant permission (e.g. nearby venues / Bluetooth payment readers)
- Device and app identifiers, diagnostics, and support communications
How we use information
We use this data to provide lane and facility bookings, memberships, academy programs, check-in, customer support, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information.
